Terms and Conditions
a. Silver Dreams is not responsible for lost/damaged mail. All items are inspected to ensure that there are no defects prior to shipping.
b. Silver Dreams does not entertain refunds/exchanges.
c. Changes to orders (change of items/shipping address/etc.) will only be accepted BEFORE payment is made.
d. If no response is received within 3 days after the invoice has been sent, the order will be treated as cancelled and any ordered items will be made available for sale again.
e. Silver Dreams is not responsible for any custom fees or import taxes levied on international orders.
